Eric, owner and operator of CC Water Extraction, is an IICRC certified water damage restoration specialist and started working in the industry at the young age of 14. Since then, Eric has been passionate about building relationships and restoring homes. Eric’s mission is to provide exception customer service rather than up-selling customers.
Administration & Operations Manager
As Complete Flood Restoration’s Administration Operations Manager, Lisa Martin guides clients through every stage of their recovery — from water mitigation to full reconstruction. She specializes in navigating insurance claims and ensures each client receives the documentation and support they need. What Lisa loves most about her job is the people — both her clients and her dedicated team. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, fishing, reading, and DIY yard projects, as well as spending time at the beach with her family. Her greatest joy is her six grandchildren, who always make her heart smile.
Field Supervisor
As an IICRC-certified Water Damage Restoration Specialist, Alex Sandoval leads with expertise and attention to detail. He’s passionate about mitigating structural damages efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. Beyond the job, Alex’s passion shifts gears — literally. He loves working on cars and attending car shows, especially those featuring antique and classic vehicles. His favorite foods? Old-fashioned hamburgers and tacos.

For the past two and a half years, Raymond Garcia has been a valued part of the Complete Flood Restoration team. His path into the field was an unexpected one — he originally applied for a historic-home restoration job — but he quickly discovered his passion for restoring homes and helping clients rebuild their lives. Raymond appreciates the company’s commitment to putting clients first and is known for his caring, personable approach and a touch of perfectionism that ensures every job is done right. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, DIY mechanics, and watching Kindergarten Cop and Interstellar.

With over nine years at Complete Flood Restoration, Sammy Fontanez is known for his dedication and compassion. His favorite part of the job is seeing the relief and gratitude from clients once the restoration work is complete. When he’s off the clock, Sammy enjoys cooking, family time, and attending church. A fan of Puerto Rican and Chinese food, he also shares his home with two dogs — Romy, a French Bulldog, and Bonnie, a Pit Bull–Pug mix.
