Writing this review for my mother who is 87. I want to thank Eric & his team for taking their time to make sure both my... mother & I understood each step of this process before getting started. One of the toilets in my mother’s house overflowed & left about an inch of standing water in the bathroom & completely soaked the carpet in her bedroom. Eric’s team came out at 11 PM got rid of all of the water removed the nasty carpet & even left extra machines to keep the air clean for my mother who has some health issues.
