I returned home from out state to a home that had already been flooded from our laundry room, and Luis had gotten this project started. When I say it hurt my heart to see our home so damaged I mean it hurt. I called Luis to let him know I was home so he could catch me up on all the information and he did not hesitate to show up at our house to do the walkthrough with me and explain this whole re-pipe project. His professionalism and details on this project truly showed his skill, knowledge and dedication not only to Gerloff but to the customer as well. While working from home and under construction from the Laundry room flood, I noticed water leaking from my dining room light fixture. Called Luis and I had plumbers at my house within the hour. Fast forward to now were scheduled for a Full Home Re-Pipe and Luis came to do another inspection and walkthrough and ease the stresses of having to pack up and move. He was and still is available for any and all questions we have in regards to this project. Day 1 of our scheduled start date Luis and his crew showed up and started clearing out our house while we got our belongings to transfer to our temporary home a few houses down. His crew even offered to move what we needed to the other house for us. We had the pleasure of meeting Dustin as well who stopped by and ensured us if we needed anything do not hesitate to call Luis. We have been at our house to see the progress everyday and it has been amazing of how fast they work. Luis even had the crew cover up our fishing reels!!! The detail of this just showed how Genuine and passionate Luis is with his customers. We have been Blessed with the integrity and workmanship of Gerloff and even more so to have Luis on our project.

Eric and his team did a great job helping us repair our water damage that happened in our kitchen area.

Outstanding restoration! Our Refrigerator ice maker line broke off over the weekend while we were out camping. When we arrived there was water everywhere, all our carpets were soak, furniture, and walls...We decided to call Complete Restoration due to their outstanding reviews on google. Technician Sammy came right away, conducted and assessment, and tackle the situation right there and then in very Professional manner. Water was extracted right away and humidifier and blower were allocated on site. After few days, everything looks that it never happen.

Sammy and Raul did an amazing job. They treated me like a family member not a costumer, number or just another job.
